| The Tamilnadu Chief Minister Dr. M Karunanidhi congratulated the TAI project for having won an award for excellence in community driven program. Project Director, TAI Dr R Lakshmibai briefed the chief minister about the program in the presence of the Tamilnadu Health Minister Thiru M R K Paneerselvam and the Principal Secretary Health, Thiru V K Subburaj, IAS. TAI had recently been recognized and awarded by FICCI (the federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) for its community-driven program initiatives. |

| The TAI project has been awarded the Certificate for Excellence for its Community Driven Healthcare Program by FICCI. The award was presented by the Minister of State for Heath, Shri Dinesh Trivedi and actor Shabana Azmi. This is an important recognition of the healthcare work that TAI has been putting in for the benefit of the marginalized community members in Tamilnadu. |
